I had nothing problems with thus state farm. For 6 months they didn't have the billing online that could be paid online and that's my usual way of payment. Then I made a payment with the owner himself. He said my bill was caught up. Two months later someone said I was behind on payment. I tried catch up and two people at this agency said my balance was caught up. Yet I left with a double balance again. Please go else where because they won't charge you double every time you look around. I have complained to owner but nothing has changed still have a double amount. I even got statement for 5 times amount this month.I'm looking for a different agency. Run!

When our vehicle broke down and had to be shipped home from out of state, James and his team went above and beyond in both calling the shipping company when we were not having any luck getting information that was needed and helping with getting a portion of the cost covered, which was unexpected. Appreciated how willing they were to help when we were getting the run around from everyone else we were dealing with.
